JAMSHEDPUR – Shibu Burman has been re-elected unopposed as the Chairman of the Jharkhand chapter of the Builder Association of India, serving until 2025.
His leadership, spanning from 2024 to 2025, follows a successful term in 2023-24.
Burman’s re-election reflects strong support from the real estate community in areas including Jamshedpur and Ranchi.
Raju John, the Returning Officer, officially announced Burman’s continued presidency, emphasizing his proven leadership.
Upon his re-election, Burman expressed gratitude and emphasized his ongoing commitment to addressing real estate challenges.
He noted ongoing scrutiny by the Jharkhand High Court over real estate practices, reaffirming his dedication to regulatory compliance.
Despite challenges, including sand scarcity affecting development, Burman is actively engaging with state authorities to seek solutions.
He plans a state-level seminar on RERA to enhance high-rise project completions and urges the government to improve infrastructure to support development.
