31 Jyot Kalash Lit to Mark Varsha Pratipada

The onset of Varsha Pratipada and Navratri at Shri Shri Sheetla Mandir Garhabasa was marked by the lighting of 31 Jyot Kalash, witnessed by distinguished guests and local leaders, signifying prayers for global welfare.

JAMSHEDPUR – The sacred precincts of Shri Shri Sheetla Mandir in Garhabasa became the site of spiritual fervor on the first day of Varsha Pratipada and Navratri, as 31 Jyot Kalash were ceremoniously lit, casting a glow of hope and prayers across the gathering.

Notably attending the ceremony were Vice Chairman of State Cow Service Commission Raju Giri, former District President of BJP Dinesh Kumar, and BJP leader Khemlal Choudhary, who expressed in their addresses the universal wish for welfare that underpins the observance of these rituals.

The event was enriched by the presence of community leaders and devotees including President Ram Prakash Sahu, Khemlal Sahu, Ravi Shankar Dubey, and a host of other respected figures, all united in the act of worship and communal celebration.
