XLRI Jamshedpur Marks 22nd Graduation Day

Graduates from XLRI’s VIL and Corporate Programs Celebrate Achievement

In a significant milestone, the Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, has successfully conducted its 22nd Graduation Ceremony for the Virtual Interactive Learning (VIL) and Corporate Programs. The event saw the culmination of hard work and dedication of numerous students, marking a pivotal moment in their professional journeys.

JAMSHEDPUR – The prestigious ceremony was initiated with a traditional lamp lighting by notable personalities including Rajeev Dubey, Chairman of Mahindra Insurance Brokers, and key figures from XLRI.

The event was graced by the presence of Rajeev Dubey, who in his graduation address, emphasized the vital traits and behaviors required for becoming tomorrow’s leaders, underscoring the essence of ‘Satya, Prem & Seva’ in personal and professional life.

A special highlight of the ceremony was the awarding of certificates to 109 graduates from three distinguished Corporate Programs batches, celebrating their successful completion of the courses.

Recognition was also given to the top achievers of the Corporate Programs, with Sachin Kumar Sharma, Ajay Anandhan S. R., and Prashant U. K. Nair being honored for their exceptional performance in their respective programs.

The VIL Programs celebrated the achievements of 233 graduates across three Postgraduate Certificate batches, marking a significant achievement in their academic and professional endeavors.

"The first rank holders of the VIL programs, Sumit Kumar Brijwani, Upasana Bose, and Rajesh Pathak, showcased exemplary performance and set a high standard for future batches," commented a source closely associated with the academic programs at XLRI.

The distinguished guests, including Rajeev Dubey and XLRI’s leadership, ceremonially handed over graduating certificates to the students, symbolizing their transition to the next phase of their professional lives.

"XLRI’s commitment to fostering leadership qualities and innovative thinking in its students remains a cornerstone of our educational philosophy," stated Prof. Manoj T Thomas, highlighting the institute’s focus on meeting the evolving needs of working professionals.

Fr S George SJ, in his congratulatory message, urged the graduates to embrace continuous learning, adaptability, and fearlessness in their journey ahead, emphasizing the role of education in becoming agents of positive change.

The event successfully concluded with the ceremonial proceedings, leaving the graduates and the entire XLRI community inspired and looking forward to the future with optimism and a sense of purpose.
