Party expansion and community support in focus at Mango meeting.
In a strategic move within Jamshedpur’s political landscape, AJSU Party leader Manoj Gupta switched allegiance to the Lokhit Adhikar Party along with his supporters, during a meeting held at Mukhiyadanga in Mango.
JAMSHEDPUR – The Lokhit Adhikar Party, a newcomer on the political scene established around one and a half years ago and recognized by the Election Commission, is actively expanding its footprint across the country.
This gathering also saw participation from members of the Rashtriya Teli Sahu Maha Sangathan, who joined the Lokhit Adhikar Party, underlining a growing coalition. State president Sunil Sahu encouraged the Sahu community to rally behind their candidates in the forthcoming elections.
Manoj Gupta’s defection from the AJSU Party, where he had been a stalwart for 14 years, was motivated by the NDA alliance’s decision not to allocate Lok Sabha tickets to the OBC community in Jharkhand, a move he described as a betrayal to the community.
By aligning with the Lokhit Adhikar Party, Gupta aims to champion the advancement of his society and contribute to the party’s strengthening, marking a significant shift in his political career and the dynamics of local politics.
