Advanced workshop on control techniques for electric vehicles draws experts to NIT Jamshedpur

NIT Jamshedpur’s Electrical Engineering Department concludes a week-long workshop on cutting-edge electric vehicle technologies.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Electrical Engineering Department at NIT Jamshedpur has successfully wrapped up a seven-day workshop focusing on advanced control techniques for electric vehicles.

Titled ‘Advanced Control Techniques for Switched-Mode Power Supply for Electric Vehicle Application,’ the event was supported by the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB).

The valedictory ceremony featured Prof. Pradip Kumar Sadhu, Prof. Goutam Sutradhar, Prof. M. K. Sinha, and Prof. U. K. Sinha among the distinguished guests.

Dr. Mrinal Kanti Sarkar, Assistant Professor at NIT Jamshedpur, chaired the workshop, emphasizing the importance of innovation in electric vehicle technology.

Participants engaged in fruitful discussions and practical demonstrations, enhancing their skills in the rapidly growing field of electric vehicles.

The workshop served as a vital platform for professionals and students to delve into advanced technologies relevant to electric vehicle applications.
