First State Private University in Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal to Earn NAAC "A" Grade

Arka Jain University has been awarded the "A" grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), marking a significant milestone in quality higher education in India.

JAMSHEDPUR – Arka Jain University has set a benchmark in quality education by becoming the first state private university in Jharkhand, Bihar, and West Bengal to receive an "A" grade from NAAC.

This achievement reflects six years of dedicated efforts towards enhancing educational standards.

Chancellor Dr. Roychand Chainraj extended gratitude to the state government and lauded the collective efforts of the university and Jain Group.

Registrar Dr. Amit Srivastava highlighted the vision of providing world-class education and employment opportunities locally.

NAAC’s rigorous evaluation process was navigated successfully, thanks to the relentless work of the university team.

Pro Chancellor Dr. N Sundarjan and Dr. SS Razi emphasized the collaborative spirit of staff and students in preparing for the accreditation.

This "A" grade ranking not only elevates Arka Jain University but also signifies a leap forward for educational quality in the region.

Rajesh Shukla underscored the achievement as a pivotal moment for both local students and the entire state.

The university’s score of 3.15 from NAAC further cements its status as a leader in higher education.

The transition from Jain College to Arka Jain University has been marked by continuous improvement and hard work.

Dean Dr. Angad Tiwari expressed pride in achieving the NAAC "A" grade, celebrating this as a triumph for Kolhan and the state.

The event was also attended by Head of Outreach Program Kumar Abhishek, among others, highlighting the university community’s unity in this success.
