IEEE Event at Arka Jain University Empowers Women in Systems Engineering

NIT Jamshedpur Associate Professor Dr. Kumari Namrata Graces Occasion as Chief Guest

Arka Jain University’s School of Engineering campus recently hosted an IEEE event themed "Women in Systems Engineering: Strategies to Nurture Women’s Talents to Promote Research and Technical Competencies," aimed at empowering and inspiring budding women engineers.

JAMSHEDPUR – The School of Engineering campus of Arka Jain University recently organized an IEEE event focused on empowering and inspiring women engineers, with Dr. Kumari Namrata, Associate Professor of Engineering at NIT Jamshedpur, as the chief guest.

Dr. Kumari Namrata’s presence and address, which emphasized the importance of promoting research initiatives and encouraging self-reflection, were highly encouraging and inspiring for the students.

The event, organized by the student chapter of IEEE under the leadership of Counselor Dr. Aditya Prasad Padhi, commenced with the chief guest and other speakers jointly lighting the lamp.

Two prominent industrial women experts shared their insights and experiences, providing students with a real-world perspective and invaluable guidance.

Dr. Ashwini Kumar, Assistant Dean of the School of Engineering, stressed the significance of perseverance and determination in achieving academic and professional goals.

The program witnessed an impressive turnout, with students, faculty members, and industry professionals in attendance.
