Students Showcase Creativity in Promoting Peaceful Coexistence
400 students participate in a poster-making competition at Sheyn International School, highlighting the importance of peace.
JAMSHEDPUR – The Interact Club of Sheyn International School recently spearheaded a poster-making contest centered on the theme ‘Peace Building’. This initiative saw the participation of around 400 students, each demonstrating their artistic flair in conveying messages of peace and harmony.
Amrita Vakharia, President of the Rotary Club of Jamshedpur Steel City, along with her team, attended the event, lending it further significance.
The competition revealed a high level of talent among the students, with Zainab Khan of Std. VI (A) clinching the top spot. Akash Maharana from Std. VII and Omera Ali of Std. VI followed in second and third places respectively.
Additionally, Arisha (Std. VI) and Kanishka Pandit (Std. VII A) were recognized with consolation prizes for their creative contributions.
The school’s academic leadership, including Rama Srinivas, Principal (Academics); Pushpa Bhalla, Principal (Administration); Keya Adak, Vice Principal; and Simran Saggu, Headmistress, collectively praised the students for their imaginative efforts and dedication to fostering a culture of peace.
This event not only highlighted the creative talents of Sheyn International’s students but also underscored the school’s commitment to promoting values of peaceful coexistence and mutual understanding among the youth.
