Jugsalai Prepares for Grand Shri Rani Sati Dadi Ji Festival on Dec 5-6

Jugsalai is set to host the 24th Shri Mangseer Navami Mahotsav of Shri Rani Sati Dadi Ji with grandeur on December 5 and 6, showcasing traditional rituals and spiritual gatherings.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Shri Rani Sati Satsang Samiti Jugsalai has completed preparations for the grand celebration of the 24th two-day Shri Mangseer Navami Mahotsav.

Scheduled for 05 and 06 December, the event promises to be a spectacular affair.

The Shri Rani Sati Dadi Temple on Jugsalai Girls School Road is adorned with flowers and lights, creating a festive atmosphere.

On Monday, women members of the committee prepared the urn for the procession, set to take place on Tuesday morning.

The evening saw the commencement of the mehendi application ritual, where committee women applied henna on the deity’s hands and feet, accompanied by bhajans.

The Mehndi program also featured dance performances by the participants.

Committee chairman Anil Aggarwal (Ringsia) announced that the festival would span two days, maintaining the tradition.

On the first day, Tuesday, 5th December, the Kalash Shobha Yatra will begin at 8 am, followed by Dadi Bhagwat’s program from 2.30 pm.

The second day, Wednesday 6th December, will feature a mass Mangal Path starting at 02.30 pm.

Both days’ religious activities will take place at Ranglal Marriage House on D’Costa Road, Jugsalai.

Aggarwal also mentioned that Sudarshan Kumar from Mumbai has been invited to recite Dadi Bhagwat Katha, and Riya Sharma from Bhagalpur will lead the collective Mangal Path.

Members of the Shri Ranisati Satsang Committee are fully engaged in ensuring the festival’s success.
