JAMSHEDPUR – The art of Gemba, spotlighting the importance of identifying issues and potential enhancements by concentrating on real-time processes and actions, is the central theme for this year’s Quality Month at Tata Steel.
Tata Steel is not just marking November as the Quality Month but is also participating in global observances that celebrate quality.
Activities like interactive dialogues with vendor partners and customers, diverse competitions including quizzes, and theme-centric employee engagement activities such as suggestion initiatives for workplace betterment are on the roster for the month.
Furthermore, comprehensive training sessions for the staff have been charted out, with an emphasis on Gemba.
The Quality Month’s inauguration was officiated today via an online event presided over by the CEO & MD.
