The incident led to public outrage, with locals blocking the road in protest.

G Mukhi’s mother was sent to jail recently on charges of trafficking drugs, which allegedly put a significant strain on the family.

The deceased’s father alleges that they were constantly harassed and falsely accused, adding to their ordeal.

He also claimed that late-night attacks on their residence were a contributing factor to his daughter’s drastic step.

He said that a group of locals is harassing his family constantly and the police too are only acting against his family.

The father of the deceased is now seeking strict action against those responsible for their plight.

The police have sent the body for a postmortem examination and are further investigating the matter.

In response to the public outcry, the local police team is attempting to pacify the situation by assuring thorough investigation and justice for the deceased.
