A POCSO and forced conversion of religion case has been lodged with Musabani police. The accused have been named and the police are investigating the case.
Jamshedpur: In a shocking development, a case of sexual assault and exploitation of a minor has come to light in the Musabani police station area.
In this regard, an FIR has been lodged by the victim at Musabani police station under the POCSO Act.
In this case, S. Khan, a resident of Musabani Sindadera, his wife, brother, and two sons have been named as accused.
Apart from this, the accused have also been accused of converting the victim to another religion.
The victim has said that she is now 19 years old. She had met the accused, S Khan, in 2018.
She has alleged that S Khan kept exploiting her sexually on the pretext of marriage. She claimed that Shamsher also forced her to change her religion.
She has alleged that at that time she was a minor.
As an adult now, the girl has filed a case with the police station.
The DSP, Musabani Chandrashekhar Azad, confirmed that the victim has made a complaint, on the basis of which an investigation has been kicked off.
He said that any comment can be made only after the investigation of the case.
