Bail hearing for BJP leader Abhay Singh, accused in the Shastrinagar communal violence, has been deferred. Now slated for June 26th in Jharkhand High Court.
JAMSHEDPUR – A hearing on the bail of BJP leader Abhay Singh, lodged in Ghaghidih Jail in connection with the communal violence in Shastri Nagar of Kadma police station area, was to be held in the Jharkhand High Court on Thursday, but due to some reason the hearing could not be held.
The hearing in the High Court has been postponed three times so far.
Now his bail will be heard on June 26.
Let us tell you that on April 9, there was a violent clash between two groups in Shastri Nagar, Kadma, in which firing also took place.
However, the situation was brought under control by the police only four hours after the incident.
In this case, many including BJP leaders Abhay Singh, Sudhanshu Ojha were accused and sent to jail.
