10-day NCC Annual Training Camp at Co-Operative College, Jamshedpur Begins

37 Jharkhand Battalion NCC organizes a 10-day training camp for 600 cadets, with Lt. Col. Gaurav Mishra inaugurating the event.

JAMSHEDPUR – The 37 Jharkhand Battalion National Cadet Corps (NCC) in Jamshedpur has initiated a Combined Annual Training Camp-I at the Jamshedpur Co-Operative College.

This 10-day camp, scheduled to run from June 1, 2023, through June 10, 2023, sees participation from 600 NCC cadets drawn from different schools and colleges of Seraikela Kharsawan, West Singhbhum, and East Singhbhum districts.

Among the attendees are 400 boys and 200 girls, marking a significant show of youth engagement in the region’s NCC activities.

Additionally, 12 NCC Associate NCC Officers (ANOs) and 23 Physical Education staff from various schools and colleges will be in attendance, ensuring a comprehensive training experience for the cadets.

The formal inauguration of the camp will be conducted by Lieutenant Colonel Gaurav Mishra, the Commanding Officer of 37 Jharkhand Battalion NCC, on June 2, 2023, at 10:00 am.

This initiative aims to foster discipline, camaraderie, and skills among the participating NCC cadets.
