Pradesh Congress Committee to Fortify Adivasi Congress, Elects New President

Under state president Rajesh Thakur’s leadership, the Pradesh Congress Committee aims to bolster the Adivasi Congress with the election of a new president, Josai Mardi.

RANCHI – In an endeavor to strengthen the organization, the Pradesh Congress Committee held a significant Adivasi Congress meeting at the state headquarters.

The meeting, chaired by state president Rajesh Thakur, primarily focused on enhancing the effectiveness of the Adivasi Congress.

Josai Mardi was elected as the new president of the Adivasi Congress in this crucial meeting. This was the first gathering since Mardi assumed his new role, and Thakur voiced optimism that those present would actively contribute to strengthening the Adivasi Congress.

He said he anticipates the Adivasi Congress to emerge with a fresh perspective and approach in the upcoming times.

Congress supporters said that Rajesh Thakur, in his role as State President of the Congress, continues to steer these strategic changes to cement the Congress’s influence and reach within Adivasi communities.
