Surya Mandir Sidhgora Shri Ram Katha Day 3: Tale of Shri Ram Janmotsav leaves devotees mesmerized

Jamshedpur. The Vyas Peeth and Vyas were reverently worshiped on the third day of the seven-day musical Shri Ram Katha at Sidhgora Surya Mandir Shri Ram Katha event even as Vedic mantras were recited.

The Sidgoda Surya Mandir committee had established the Shri Ram Temple, and this celebration commemorated the third anniversary of that event.

Pandit Gaurangi Gauri ji, a well-known storyteller from Shri Ayodhyadham, was cordially greeted and welcomed.

Afterwards, Katha Vyas Pandit Gaurangi Gauri Devi ji told the audience about the entire sequence leading to birth of Lord Shri Ram. The story was greeted with jubilant adoration in the pandal.

Pandit Gaurangi Gauri said that Lord Shri Ram had been fighting sinners and demons since he was a young child.

The audience was captivated by the narrative of Shri Ram and Pandit Gaurangi Gauri emphasized that the life of the virtuous Shri Ram will be remembered for countless years by reciting the words “Bhaye Pragat Kripala Deen Dayala Kaushalya Hitkari.

Everyone cheered and sang Lord Ram’s name as his birth was being narrated. Pandit Gaurangi said that Ayodhya as a whole was ecstatic to welcome him. The city felt a similar sense of excitement with the birth of King Dashrath’s sons.

Pandit Gaurangi Gauri explained the essence of the story in the Katha, which described how Maharaj Dasaratha’s wives, Kaushalya, Kaikeyi, and Sumitra, had a chance to bear a son. The birth of Lord Ram brought great joy throughout Ayodhya, and King Dashrath distributed sweets and congratulatory songs were sung in every house.

The audience was deeply devoted to the story and became emotional.

The birth of Lord Ram was celebrated with flowers raining down and the pandal echoed with the Kripala Deendayal aarti.

On the upcoming fourth day of the Ram Katha, the story will continue with the childhood tales of Lord Ram, starting at 3:30 pm.

During the story, the chief patron of Surya Mandir Committee, former Chief Minister Raghubar Das, patron Chandragupt Singh, president Bhupendra Singh, social worker Shivshankar Singh, Vice Chairman of Jharkhand State Bar Council Rajesh Shukla, Munna Agarwal, Satish Puri, Gurudev Singh Raja, Dhruv Mishra, Suresh Sharma, Santosh Kumar, Prashant Poddar, Chintu Singh, Mahendra Yadav, Amarjit Singh Raja, Santosh Yadav, Shashikant Singh, General Secretary Akhilesh Chowdhary, Ruby Jha, Krishna Mohan Singh, Bunty Agarwal, Kanchan Dutta, Adhendu Banerjee, Laxmikant Singh, Prem Jha, Pramod Mishra and third anniversary organizing committee coordinator Gunjan Yadav, Dinesh Kumar, Rakesh Singh, Kulwant Singh Bunty, Kamlesh Sahu, Mahendra Yadav, Sanjeev Singh, Kalyani Sharan, Dharmendra Prasad, Santosh Thakur, Deepak Jha, Manjit Singh, Kumar Abhishek, Umesh Saw, Iqbal Singh and others were present.
