Tata Bluescope and CII provide 10 cardiac monitors, 2 ECG machines and oxygen cylinder to Admn

DC underlined the need to remain prepared for the possible 3rd wave of Covid-19.

Jamshedpur: In view of the possible third wave of corona-19 pandemic, medical equipment is being provided to the district administration by various companies as a part of their CSR activities.

On Tuesday, 10 cardiac monitors and 2 ECG machines were made available under CSR to the district administration by CII and Tata Bluescope.

The DC Suraj Kumar thanked Tata Bluescope Company for this cooperation and said that this collaboration is very important for the preparations for the possible third wave of Kovid-19.

The Deputy Commissioner appealed to the residents of East Singhbhum district to ensure that they get vaccinated as soon as possible as vaccination is paramount for protection from corona infection.

He said that everyone must get vaccinated as soon as possible.

He also appealed to the citizens to avoid going to crowded areas, make use of masking compulsorily and keep sanitising hands at regular intervals.

He said that it is important to remain guarded so that the people of the district can be completely safe from corona pandemic.

On Tuesday, CII vice chairman Tapas Sahu along with his team handed over the kit along with oxygen cylinder to the Deputy Commissioner of the district, Suraj Kumar.

The Deputy Commissioner said that the district administration has made preparations to deal with the third wave of Covid-19.

He said that all the oxygen cylinders would be handed over to MGM Hospital and other government hospitals.

CII Vice-Chairman Tapas Sahu said that for the last one and a half years, CII has been serving the public in the fight against covid-19 pandemic.

He said that CII will continue playing its role in the fight against pandemic even in future.
