Mgmt and workers resolve dispute at Renovision Exports in Chandil

Jamshedpur: The dispute between the management of Bhuiyadih Renovation Export Private Ltd of Chandil and the workers has been resolved. The talks held between the management and the workers at Deputy Labour Commissioner’s office proved successful.

Both the management and the union agreement on bonus, minimum wages, issue of identity cards and other issues. Both sides signed an agreement and soon after the union announced the decision to withdraw the strike.

It may be recalled that around 55 workers of the company had gone on a strike and had lodged a written complaint with the DLC.

On Monday, a consensus was reached between the two sides.

Om Prakash Nayak said that there were differences over issues like bonus, wages and other facilities. A meeting was held in the presence of DLC on Monday and a consensus was reached on all outstanding issues.

Workers of the company were happy at the resolution of all issues just before Durga Puja
