Corona takes 3 more lives in city on Tuesday, total deaths for city 49

Jamshedpur: Corona has taken three more lives in city, taking the total death toll for the city to 49. One resident of Seraikela-Kharsawan also succumbed to Corona.

According to information received, the virus has killed two from Jamshedpur and one from Adityapur on Tuesday.

The chairman of Seraikela Bar Association and a resident of Adityapur Umakant Mishra died of Corona in TMH on Tuesday. He was 72.

On the other hand, a 74-year-old man of Sakchi also died of Corona on Tuesday.

Moreover, a 49-year-old woman from Kadma also succumbed to complications caused by Corona. She was admitted on Monday and died within 12 hours due to complications.

According to district administration communique, 98 more persons have been identified as Corona positive in the district, while 35 people were cured and discharged.

The district administration has appealed to the people to continue maintaining social distancing.
