Two more die of Covid-19 in Jharkhand, death toll now 22, 141 new cases

Ranchi: Tuesday proved very worrisome for Jharkhand as the number of fresh cases crossed the threshold of three digits and reached 141 in 24 hours. Two deaths were also reported taking the total death tally in teh state to 22, while the total number of infections reached 3018.

The number of active cases is 892 now in the state.

According to official data, 161564 samples have been tested in the state till now. Out of these 3018 persons have tested positive. 2104 persons have been cured and discharged from different hospitals in the state.

The number of new Covid-19 patients is on the rise in Jharkhand.
