JEE Main April Session 2 Exams Commence, 7000 Students from Jamshedpur Appear

NTA releases admit cards on official website, specifies entry timings for morning and afternoon sessions

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the start of the JEE Main April session 2 exams, which are set to begin today and will continue until April 12, with around 7000 students from Jamshedpur and nearby areas scheduled to appear for the examination.

JAMSHEDPUR – The much-awaited JEE Main April session 2 exams have commenced today, as announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA), with admit cards for the examination now available for download on the official website.

Approximately 7000 students from Jamshedpur and its surrounding areas are expected to appear for the exams, which will be conducted from April 4 to April 12.

In line with security measures, examination centers will close their gates half an hour before the scheduled start time to ensure a smooth and secure examination process.

Students have been allocated examination cities based on their preferences, with the NTA prioritizing their first, second, and third choices in the order of selection.

The NTA has specified entry timings for the exams, with the morning session scheduled from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and entry permitted from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM.

Similarly, for the afternoon session, which will run from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, students will be allowed entry from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM.

While admit cards for the April 4 exam have already been released, the NTA will be releasing admit cards for exams on subsequent dates in due course.

The commencement of the JEE Main April session 2 exams marks a crucial milestone for aspiring engineers, as they take the first step towards securing admission to prestigious engineering institutions across the country.

The NTA’s efforts to ensure a smooth and secure examination process, coupled with the release of admit cards and clear communication regarding entry timings, have provided much-needed clarity and reassurance to students and their families.
