JAMSHEDPUR – The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) held a Para-Legal Volunteer training on Sunday at the Nyay Sadan Building here in Jamshedpur.

PLVs serve as essential links between courts and citizens, promoting justice at the grassroots level.

Their role in aiding marginalized individuals integrate into mainstream development was highlighted.

Training covered critical issues like domestic violence, child marriage, child labor, and the POCSO Act.

KK Sinha discussed the significant impact PLVs have on justice for victims.

Tarit Baran Kar outlined DLSA’s formation, objectives, and the PLVs’ role.

Senior mediators KK Sinha and Tarit Baran Kar led the training as main resource persons.
