JAMSHEDPUR – Jharkhand State Bar Council Vice Chairman Rajesh Kumar Shukla has approached the central government seeking financial support for advocate welfare initiatives across the state.
The senior advocate sent an email to Union Law and Justice Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal. He requested central funding allocation for strengthening advocate welfare schemes. Moreover, the communication emphasized urgent infrastructure needs in various districts.
Shukla’s initiative follows the postponement of Minister Meghwal’s Ranchi visit. The program was scheduled for June 6 but got cancelled. However, advocates urged Shukla to proceed with their demands regardless.
