JAMSHEDPUR – A tragic car accident near Pathipani village has resulted in the death of a young man and serious injuries to two others.

The incident occurred under the jurisdiction of Bodam police station.

Police have identified the deceased as 21-year-old Ghono Mahali from Kharsawan.

According to Umesh Mahali, a friend of the deceased, they were traveling towards Dak Bungalow.

Suddenly, a motorcyclist appeared in front of their car, riding in a zigzag pattern.

In an attempt to avoid hitting the biker, the driver applied sudden brakes.

Consequently, Ghono lost control of the vehicle.

The car then crashed into a concrete barricade near the village.

Moreover, police and locals quickly responded to the accident scene.

They rushed the injured individuals to MGM Hospital for immediate medical attention.

Unfortunately, doctors pronounced Ghono Mahali dead upon arrival at the hospital.

Meanwhile, the two other occupants of the car sustained serious injuries.

"This tragic incident serves as a reminder of the importance of road safety," a police official stated.

Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.

The police urge all motorists to exercise caution and follow traffic rules.

This accident highlights the need for increased awareness about road safety in the region.
