The DTO assured participants that necessary steps would be taken to simplify and expedite the existing procedures. The dialogue between officials and dealers was described as positive and solution-oriented.

The meeting is being viewed as an important initiative towards better coordination between automobile dealers and the RTO department. Participants expressed hope that the outcomes would lead to improvements in operational efficiency, road safety standards, and customer service levels across the region.
