DC Karn Satyarthi Reviews Development Schemes in Coordination Meet

District officials directed to ensure timely implementation of welfare programs and infrastructure projects

JAMSHEDPUR – Deputy Commissioner Karn Satyarthi chaired a District Coordination Committee meeting at the collectorate auditorium to review progress of various schemes.

The meeting focused on infrastructure construction and basic facilities. Development projects were discussed in detail. Moreover, welfare scheme implementation received attention.

Inter-departmental coordination was emphasized for timely execution. Satyarthi stressed that lack of coordination causes unnecessary delays. All departmental officers must ensure timely implementation.

Timely execution benefits targeted groups appropriately. The welfare department received specific instructions. Anchal officers must create applications for community forest rights.

Forest area residents need community forest pattas. Officers must complete proper procedures. However, recommendations must reach district-level committee.

Student scholarship applications require e-Kalyan portal processing. Jaher Sthan fencing work was discussed. Dhumkudiya construction and beautification also featured prominently.

Anchal officers must ensure land availability. They should send land reports promptly. Meanwhile, the Maiya Samman Yojana verification needs acceleration.

Physical verification of all beneficiaries must speed up. Officers should identify ineligible, deceased and non-local beneficiaries. In addition, recommendations must reach district administration.

Technical issues exclude some eligible beneficiaries. Banking institutions must resolve these problems. Pragya Kendra operators received priority instructions.

VLEs should address people’s problems immediately. The education department received coordination directives. Government school students need bank accounts.

Aadhaar registration requires completion for all students. Regular health checkups must be conducted. Furthermore, health cards should be prepared.

Board examination results need improvement in identified schools. District and block-level officers are tagged. They must visit schools every 10 days.

Concrete initiatives will improve educational quality. BPM Burma Mines and Jamshedpur High School Bistupur faced incidents. Anti-social elements committed theft and vandalism.

The Deputy Commissioner directed the Superintendent of Police. Police stations must identify anti-social elements. On the other hand, strict action should follow.

Infrastructure construction includes schools and anganwadis. Health centers and drinking water projects continue. Engineering departments must ensure quality work.

Timely execution of schemes requires alertness. Project sites need regular visits. Meanwhile, work must complete on schedule.

QR codes must display at construction sites. This ensures transparency in schemes. The Sarkar Aapke Dwar campaign starts November 21.

It will continue until December 15. Camps will be organized in panchayats. People’s participation becomes crucial for success.

Various welfare schemes will benefit citizens. Block Development Officers received specific instructions. Camps must follow government directives.

Public representatives need information about camps. Citizens should also receive proper information. Portal entry is mandatory for applications.

Services rendered require documentation on portal. Feasible applications need immediate resolution. However, problems should be solved promptly.

The meeting saw attendance from senior officials. Special Subdivision Officers attended the session. DTO and DMC JNAC were present.

SDOs and DPROs participated actively. DCLR and District Planning Officer joined. In contrast, BDOs and COs attended fully.

All departmental officers remained present throughout. The coordination meeting covered comprehensive administrative matters. Implementation mechanisms were strengthened considerably.

Satyarthi emphasized accountability at all levels. Officers must maintain regular communication. Furthermore, departmental coordination ensures better outcomes for citizens.
