JAMSHEDPUR – District Election Officer Karn Satyarthi conducted comprehensive training for EVM teams at Cooperative College ahead of the Ghatshila Assembly by-election 2025.

Officers learned about packing and dispatch protocols. They were briefed on logistics arrangements too. Handover procedures to the Returning Officer were explained thoroughly.
