JAMSHEDPUR – Riders from Jamshedpur Horse Riding School secured top honors at the Open Junior International Trot Tent Pegging Championship 2025 in Ghaziabad.

Aryan Srivastava and Anushka Shah won gold medals. They triumphed in the team event category. Their performance demonstrated exceptional precision and skill.

Muhammad Afzal claimed a bronze medal. He competed alongside his teammates. The trio represented Jamshedpur with distinction.

Coach Dushyant Kumar led the team. He prepared the young riders thoroughly. His guidance proved instrumental in their success.

The championship spanned three days this week. It concluded on Thursday in Ghaziabad. Moreover, the Uttar Pradesh Equestrian Association organized the event.

Several Indian teams participated in the competition. Three international teams from Belarus also competed. The championship attracted talent from multiple nations.

H.E. Sheikh Ahmed Bin Nooh Al Thani attended. He serves as Secretary General of Qatar Equestrian Association. The dignitary praised participants for their discipline.

Tent pegging requires riders to pierce targets. They use lances while riding at speed. The sport demands coordination between horse and rider.

The Jamshedpur Horse Riding School focuses on youth development. It trains young equestrians regularly. The institution promotes horsemanship in the region.
