JAMSHEDPUR – The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), Jamshedpur, took part in Technika 5.0 hosted by Arka Jain University, Gamharia, on October 7, 2025. The event saw an enthusiastic turnout of around 700 students and representatives from industries, schools, and colleges.
The BIS stall highlighted the significance of standards and quality in daily life. It showcased the BIS Care App, LSVS books, and market product samples. Visitors received informative brochures and pamphlets explaining how BIS initiatives support consumer safety and product reliability.
More than 650 people visited the BIS stall, interacting with officials to learn about quality certification processes. The engagement underlined BIS’s ongoing mission to promote awareness of standardization among young learners and industry participants.
Technika 5.0 served as a dynamic platform for academic and industrial exchange. Earlier, the university hosted major initiatives such as the CII Yuva Health Event, the Triple Placement Drive, and the Prestigious Conferences Series, reinforcing its reputation for experiential learning.
