She outlined the JMM government’s welfare initiatives. Health schemes have been implemented successfully statewide. Furthermore, education programs have reached target beneficiaries.

Pension schemes continue to benefit eligible residents. The government waived electricity bills for beneficiaries. In addition, agricultural loans were also forgiven.

“Maiya Samman Yojana runs successfully,” she stated. The scheme provides direct financial assistance to women. Meanwhile, multiple welfare programs operate across Jharkhand.

Kalpana emphasized the government’s commitment to development. Healthcare facilities have improved significantly under JMM rule. Besides, educational infrastructure has expanded across districts.

The Gandey MLA urged voters to support Somesh. She called for decisive victory in bypoll. On the other hand, she promised continued welfare measures.

“This election tests our collective resolve,” Kalpana said. The bypoll holds significance for JMM’s future. Moreover, it reflects public trust in government policies.
