Event at Beldih Club Honors Teachers, Students, and Staff Achievements

JAMSHEDPUR – JEM Ustav 2025 was celebrated on August 29 at Beldih Club, marking the 17th year of JEM Foundation Schools and College. The event was attended by dignitaries, principals, teachers, and staff, and was filled with music, awards, and cultural programs.

The celebration began with light music by the JEM Band and a ceremonial lamp-lighting by the dignitaries. An annual performance presentation of the schools and college was showcased. Mrs. Ruchi Narendran, Managing Trustee of JEM Foundation, welcomed the gathering and highlighted the adoption of AI and robotics in the curriculum.

Among the dignitaries present were Ritu Raj Sinha, Managing Director of Tata Steel UISL and Chairman of JEM Foundation; A.F. Madon, Administrator; Jyoti Prakash, CFO of Tata Steel UISL; Deepak Kamath, CEO of TSSSL; Jiju Thomas, Senior Manager; and the principals of the schools and college.

Long Service Awards were presented to staff completing 15, 10, and 5 years of service at Kasidih High School, JUSCO School South Park, JUSCO School Kadma, and Mrs. KMPM Vocational College. In his address, Ritu Raj Sinha praised the dedication of teachers and congratulated them for inspiring creativity in students.

Cultural events included a dance performance and skit by JUSCO School South Park teachers, followed by singing and solo dances by Mrs. KMPM Vocational College. Teachers whose students scored 90% and above were felicitated by Deepak Kamath and Jyoti Prakash.

Awards and recognition were given for toppers:

  • JUSCO School South Park: 23 teachers (Class X), 25 teachers (Class XII)
  • JUSCO School Kadma: 21 teachers (Class X), 14 teachers (Class XII)
  • Kasidih High School: 22 teachers (Class X), 16 teachers (Class XII)
  • Mrs. KMPM Vocational College: 12 professors (Class X)

The evening also featured lively dance performances by teachers and staff of Kasidih High School and JUSCO School Kadma. The celebration concluded with the National Anthem and a dinner for all dignitaries, staff, and support members.

The event was coordinated by Jiju Thomas, Senior Manager, and Naveen Kumar Singh, Manager of JEM Foundation.
