East Singhbhum Teams Advance to Finals in Both Men’s and Women’s Categories

JAMSHEDPUR – The semifinals of the 22nd Jharkhand Senior State Ball Badminton Championship concluded with East Singhbhum teams reaching both finals.

K. Ram Mohan Rao attended as Chief Guest. Harpreet Kaur graced the event as Guest of Honor.

Meanwhile, several districts qualified for placing matches. Giridih and Jamtara feature in both categories.

Tournament Schedule

The championship began on December 15. Finals will follow the placing matches.

Moreover, Dhanbad joins the men’s placing rounds. Bokaro competes in women’s placement matches.

District Participation

The event showcases statewide talent. Multiple districts demonstrate competitive spirit.

Furthermore, the tournament promotes regional sports. Similar championships have developed local talent previously.

“This competition significantly impacts participating districts,” noted sports promoter Birendra Kumar Mishra. The finals date remains to be announced.
