JAMSHEDPUR – Former BJP leader Shiv Shankar Singh unveiled ambitious development plans for Jamshedpur East as he campaigns as an independent candidate.

The candidate highlighted decades of infrastructure neglect in the constituency.

"No hospitals or quality government schools were built here in the last 30 years," Singh stated during his press conference.

The manifesto focuses on basic amenities in non-TISCO areas.

Singh promised to address electricity and water scarcity affecting thousands.

Development Initiatives

The candidate pledged to establish new medical facilities.

Plans include upgrading existing government schools.

A special focus will be placed on sports infrastructure development.

Public Support

Popular Bhojpuri singer Devi conducted a 20-kilometer roadshow supporting Singh.

Former IPS officer Rajiv Ranjan Singh joined the campaign rally.

Thousands gathered as the roadshow passed through multiple neighborhoods.

Electoral Promises

Singh committed to removing 11,000-volt power lines from Birsa Nagar.

The manifesto includes regularization of street vendors.

Plans also include reopening a closed cable company.
