Four Arrested as Officials Seize Over 250 Litres of Illegal Alcohol Across Districts

JAMSHEDPUR – Law enforcement agencies have intensified their crackdown on illegal liquor operations ahead of assembly elections.
The authorities have conducted extensive raids across multiple assembly constituencies.
Moreover, officials seized approximately 47 litres of foreign liquor during the operations.
Meanwhile, the team confiscated over 45 litres of beer from various locations.
Furthermore, around 60 litres of illegal mahua distilled liquor were discovered at five different spots.
In addition, a separate operation yielded 4,200 kg of Java Mahua.
However, the enforcement team also recovered 145 litres of liquor from Galudih, Ghatsila, and Barsol areas.
On the other hand, four individuals face legal charges under the Excise Act.
Meanwhile, authorities have filed an FIR against suspects involved in the Baharagora operation.
