JAMSHEDPUR – Bank of Baroda’s Regional Office spearheaded a cleanliness drive at Madrasi Sammelani Middle School in Bistupur.

The initiative was part of the broader ‘Swachhta Hi Seva’ campaign.

Bank officials and staff thoroughly cleaned the school premises and surrounding areas.

Moreover, Regional Head Manish Prakash Sinha actively participated in the cleanup efforts.

Deputy Regional Head Sunil Kumar Saha joined the initiative alongside other staff members.

Employees from both the regional office and urban branches contributed to the drive.

Sinha emphasized the need to view cleanliness as an ongoing responsibility.

Furthermore, he urged participants to incorporate cleanliness habits into their daily lives.

The regional head also stressed the importance of raising community awareness about cleanliness.

This drive aligns with the nationwide Swachhta Abhiyan, running from September 17 to October 2, 2024.

The campaign will culminate in Swachhta Diwas 2024, honoring Mahatma Gandhi’s birth anniversary.

Bank of Baroda’s initiative demonstrates corporate involvement in community cleanliness efforts.

On the other hand, it highlights the role of financial institutions in social responsibility.

The school cleanup serves as a practical example of the campaign’s theme.
