XLRI Jamshedpur to Host “HR for the Greater Good” Conclave on August 26-27

National event for CPSEs to share transformative experiences in HR practices

The conclave aims to explore HR’s role in advancing sustainability, ethics, and employee well-being in organizations.

JAMSHEDPUR – A national HR conclave focusing on corporate sustainability and social responsibility will be held at XLRI Jamshedpur this August.

The "HR for the Greater Good" Conclave is scheduled for August 26-27, 2024.

Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) are invited to participate and share their experiences.

Registration is open from July 12 to August 15, 2024, with a fee of INR 21,000 (including GST) per CPSE.

Participants will receive complimentary accommodation, meals, and local transportation.

Key Speakers and Themes

Dr. Sugumar Mariappanadar and Dr. Nirav Mandir are the featured guest speakers.

The conclave will explore five sub-themes:

1. HR for Corporate Sustainability

2. Creating High-Performance Work Systems

3. Social Responsibility in HR

4. Good Governance and Ethics

5. Employee Well-being Initiatives

These themes align with global initiatives like the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the International Labour Organization’s focus on decent work.

Participant Engagement

CPSEs will have opportunities to share their experiences through presentations.

Interactive panel discussions led by industry experts and academics will take place.

A pre-conclave survey will capture HR practices, with recognition for innovative initiatives.
