JAMSHEDPUR – In the rural area of Patamda, an uncontrolled truck rammed into a kutcha house at 4 am on Friday, tragically crushing a woman named Anna Mahato who was brushing her teeth outside.

The driver fled the scene, taking the truck towards Bandowan.

The loud crash prompted nearby residents to rush to the scene.

Local resident Abodh Kalindi arranged a vehicle to transport the critically injured Anna Mahato, 30, to Macha Hospital.

Due to her critical condition, she was referred to MGM Hospital.

Upon arrival at the hospital at 7 am, doctors declared Anna Mahato dead.

According to Abodh Kalindi, Anna’s husband Sanatan Mahato was also severely injured in the incident.
