SERAIKELA – Chief Minister Champai Soren participated in the ongoing Lok Sabha elections by voting at Utkramit Madhya Vidyalaya in Jilinggora, Seraikela-Kharsawan district, at polling booth number 220.

The polls, which opened at 7 a.m., are part of a larger voting process across four key constituencies in Jharkhand: Singhbhum, Lohardaga, Khunti, and Palamu.

Voting activities are safeguarded by tight security and will conclude at 5 p.m.

According to Jharkhand’s Chief Electoral Officer, K Ravi Kumar, around 64.37 lakh voters are expected to participate, with 7,595 polling stations prepared and over 30,380 staff involved.
