Jamshedpur Resident’s Pioneering Work in Electron Beam Patterning Recognized
Deepak Kumar, hailing from the Steel City of Jamshedpur, has been honored with the esteemed "Dr." title following the successful completion of his doctoral studies at the Stanley and Karen Pigman College of Engineering in the United States.
JAMSHEDPUR – In a remarkable achievement, Jamshedpur native Deepak Kumar has been awarded a doctoral degree for his innovative research on gas-assisted electron beam patterning processes, with the prestigious title conferred during a ceremony in Lexington, USA, on May 4 (Indian time).
Dr. Deepak Kumar’s father, Pawan Chaudhary, a retired Tata Steel employee, along with his mother, Manju Singha, were invited to the ceremony and actively participated in the joyous occasion.
The newly minted Dr. Deepak Kumar is the youngest among his siblings, with his elder brother Rohit working as a manager at Indigo Airlines and middle brother Sandeep employed at Tata Steel.
Undaunted by obstacles, Dr. Deepak Kumar ventured to the USA to pursue his doctoral studies, ultimately leading to the successful completion of his PhD program centered on pioneering technology.
Dr. Deepak Kumar’s academic journey commenced at ADL Society Sakchi for his schooling, followed by engineering education at BIT Sindri and the attainment of an M.Tech degree.
During a discussion, Dr. Deepak Kumar stressed the significance of education and diligence, vowing to fully contribute his research findings to pertinent institutions, both in India and abroad.
The momentous ceremony, held in Lexington, USA, celebrated Dr. Deepak Kumar’s exceptional achievement, which stemmed from his groundbreaking research at the Stanley and Karen Pigman College of Engineering.
