Family from Patmada Seeks SSP’s Help in Finding Missing Daughter

Concerned Family Appeals for Investigation into Daughter’s Disappearance in Jamshedpur

A family from Patmada, a rural area in Jamshedpur, has approached the SSP office seeking assistance in locating their missing daughter.

JAMSHEDPUR – On Thursday, a distressed family from the rural area of Patmada in Jamshedpur arrived at the SSP office, pleading for help to find their daughter who has been missing for fifteen days.

Chhavi Mahato, who got married a decade ago, had moved with her husband to Mango, Jamshedpur, to seek employment.

Her father, Mantu Mahato, reported that while his son-in-law, Chhuntu Mahato, returned to Kamalpur two weeks ago, Chhavi did not accompany him and has not been seen since.

Mantu Mahato has repeatedly questioned his son-in-law, who has not provided satisfactory answers, raising the family’s suspicions.

Allegations have surfaced from the family accusing the son-in-law of possible foul play involving Chhavi.

Initially, the family sought recourse at the local police station but, dissatisfied with the response, escalated their plea to the SSP’s office, demanding a thorough investigation into their daughter’s whereabouts.
