RANCHI – RJD’s new recruit Mamta Bhuiya has officially entered the race for the Palamu parliamentary seat.

Mamta, representing the INDIA bloc, filed her nomination amid a significant gathering and support from prominent party leaders.

State minister Satyanand Bhokta, state president Sanjay Yadav, state vice president Anita Yadav, and other dignitaries participated in the nomination rally, demonstrating solid backing for her candidacy.

The election for the Palamu seat, scheduled for May 13, promises to be a tight race. Mamta Bhuiya is set to challenge two-time MP BD Ram, who has also recently filed his nomination.

This electoral battle in Palamu is anticipated to be highly competitive, drawing considerable attention from both the media and the public.
