The 35th National Road Safety Month witnessed widespread participation, emphasizing safety practices to reduce road incidents.

JAMSHEDPUR – The 35th National Road Safety Month, organized by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways and the National Safety Council, has successfully concluded.

This year’s hybrid event saw over 500 attendees at Steelennium Hall, Jamshedpur Works, and participation from all Tata Steel locations.

The month-long campaign involved various activities aimed at increasing awareness about road safety among employees, vendor partners, and the community.

Outstanding safety performances and initiatives by Tata Steel’s departments, employees, and vendor partners were acknowledged and celebrated.

The concluding ceremony featured notable Tata Steel officials, including Rajiv Mangal, Peeyush Gupta, and Sanjeev Kumar Chaudhary, who emphasized the importance of continuous safety efforts.

A street play addressing road safety behavioral issues and competitions in poster making, video creation, and more highlighted the event’s commitment to promoting safer roads.

The campaign not only recognized individuals and departments for their contributions to road safety but also inspired collective responsibility towards reducing road-related incidents and injuries.

The conclusion of the National Road Safety Month marks another step forward in the journey towards safer roads and communities, with Tata Steel leading by example in this crucial initiative.
