Officials Ensure Rigorous Checks for Malpractice-Free Exams

District authorities conduct surprise inspections to uphold integrity in secondary and intermediate examinations.

JAMSHEDPUR – A rigorous surprise inspection was carried out at the CM School of Excellence, Sakchi, by Mr. Ananya Mittal, District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner, alongside key officials including Mr. Manish Kumar, Deputy Development Commissioner, and Mr. Piyush Sinha, SDM Dhalbhum, to ensure the integrity of the ongoing annual secondary and intermediate examinations.

Starting from February 6th, these examinations, organized by the Jharkhand Academic Council, have seen stringent measures implemented to prevent malpractices and maintain a peaceful examination environment.

The team meticulously reviewed the setup and operational aspects of the examination center, providing specific directives to the center superintendent and invigilators for maintaining a calm and cheating-free exam atmosphere.

Emphasis was placed on the thorough verification of admit cards at entry points to eliminate any chances of fraudulence.

Mr. Mittal personally engaged with the Center Superintendent to gather details on student attendance and oversee the examination process across various rooms.

The inspection was supported by the presence of Mr. Dhananjay, District Transport Officer, Mrs. Nirmala Barelia, District Education Officer, Mr. Rohit Kumar, District Public Relations Officer, and other dignitaries, underscoring the collective effort to safeguard the sanctity of the examination process.

This initiative reflects the administration’s commitment to ensuring a fair and orderly conduct of examinations, vital for the academic future of the students in the district.
