The Central Government has announced Bharat Ratna awards for former Bihar CM Karpoori Thakur, former Deputy PM Lal Krishna Advani, former PMs Narasimha Rao, Chaudhary Charan Singh, and scientist MS Swaminathan, marking a tribute to their distinguished contributions.
