XLRI’s 13th National HR Conference Explores Talent Innovation
The prestigious XLRI in Jamshedpur is hosting its 13th National HR Conference, bringing together industry visionaries to discuss the future of human resource management under the theme ‘Navigating Tomorrow: HR’s Blueprint for Talent Innovation.’
JAMSHEDPUR – The 13th National HR Conference, a two-day event initiated by XLRI, started on January 27th and concludes on January 28th, marking a significant gathering in the field of human resources.
At the conference, industry leaders and visionaries are converging to deliberate on innovative strategies for talent management and navigating the challenges of a rapidly evolving business landscape.
Notable panelists include Amit Sharma from Volvo, Deepak Kamath of Tata Steel Support Services, and Joydeep Ghosh from Indigo, among others.
Krishna Raghavan, the former Chief People Officer at Flipkart, Lakshmanan NT from L&T, and Mukund Madhav of Bajaj Auto, are also sharing their insights.
