The Jamshedpur police have been commended for their prompt and efficient recovery of jewelry and valuables worth lakhs, lost by a woman in Galudih, showcasing their dedication to public service.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Jamshedpur police have earned accolades for their rapid action in recovering valuable jewelry mistakenly left behind in a hired vehicle by Urmila Mahato in Galudih.

The incident occurred post Urmila’s shopping trip, where she inadvertently forgot items including a gold chain, four earrings, a nose ring, and silver ornaments, collectively worth around Rs 2 lakh.

Realizing her loss after about three hours, Urmila immediately contacted the police, setting in motion their swift response.

Demonstrating remarkable efficiency, the police tracked down the vehicle and successfully retrieved all the misplaced items.

Urmila Mahato expressed profound gratitude to the police, highlighting the positive impact and significance of their prompt intervention.

This instance not only reflects the police’s commitment to public service but also underscores the importance of timely reporting in such situations.
