Jamshedpur district administration finalizes preparations for Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar’s visit to XLRI’s 75th-anniversary celebration.

JAMSHEDPUR – The district administration of Jamshedpur has completed its preparations for the upcoming visit of Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar.

The Vice President is set to attend the platinum jubilee celebrations of XLRI, marking 75 years since its establishment.

Scheduled for 10 December, the event will see Dhankhar reaching XLRI at 2 pm on Sunday.

His journey includes a special flight to Ranchi airport, followed by a trip to Jamshedpur.

Joining him will be notable figures such as Jharkhand Governor CP Radhakrishnan, Tata Steel Limited CEO cum MD TV Narendran, and XLRI Director Father S George Fernandes.

The group will proceed to Sonari Airport for the program.

In anticipation of this high-profile visit, the district administration is actively engaged in planning and security arrangements.

A meeting led by the Deputy Commissioner and SSP was held at XLRI ground on Saturday.

Officials strategized security measures and briefed soldiers and on-duty officials on necessary protocols.

This event signifies a milestone for XLRI and is expected to draw significant attention to the city and the institute.
