2024 International Conference Focuses on Sustainable Ironmaking Technologies

JAMSHEDPUR – An international conference on green and sustainable ironmaking, co-organized by Tata Steel and the Indian Institute of Metals (IIM), is scheduled to take place on January 17–18, 2024, in Jamshedpur.
The conference will serve as a platform for discussing key topics like waste management, advancements in ironmaking technology, and blast furnace decarbonization methods.
Industry professionals from the blast furnace and direct reduced iron (DRI) sectors, along with technology suppliers, designers, researchers, technicians, academicians, students, technical consultants, and environmental sustainability advocates, are expected to attend.
