JP Nadda, President of BJP, announces team restructuring; Raghubar Das retains his position as National Vice President.

DESK – With the nearing assembly elections in states like Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, and Mizoram, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has rejigged its central team indicating that it is all geared up for the challenge.

BJP has made a strategic move to overhaul the party’s central team with a focus on the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

In a major reshuffle, several positions have been altered but Raghubar Das, the former Jharkhand Chief Minister, has managed to retain his seat as the National Vice President.

The decision to retain most of the office bearers in the new list reflects the party’s faith in their capabilities.

The revamp of the party has been keenly followed by many political pundits.

Anil Antony, son of veteran Congress leader A K Antony, is brought into the fold as a national secretary, indicating BJP’s strategy to leverage influential figures from various political backgrounds.

The central team’s new structure was announced by the party’s National President JP Nadda.

This move to retain Raghubar Das, despite a comprehensive reshuffling, is seen as an indication to his critical role within the party in the run up to general elections scheduled to be held in 2024.
