Defaulter’s Building Seized and Transferred Amid Security in Jamshedpur

In Jamshedpur Pramatha Nagar, a loan defaulter’s building was transferred to Chandan Singh as per court orders, under high-security measures.

JAMSHEDPUR – S Dey’s building was handed over to Chandan Singh as per the directions of the court amid tight security at Pramathnagar Hadia Bhatti Chowk under Parsudih police station in Jamshedpur.

S Dey had taken a loan from Punjab National Bank using her building as collateral.

After being declared a defaulter and failing to repay the bank even after a protracted court case, the court ordered the transfer of the building at Hadiya Bhatti Chowk to Chandan Singh.

Advocate Dilip Kumar, providing information on the case, stated that after taking the loan against the 1540 square feet building, a lengthy court case ensued.

When the money was not deposited, an auction took place and the court decided to transfer the property to Chandan Singh.

In anticipation of any adverse situation, a large number of police forces were deployed to ensure the court’s order was executed smoothly.
